You realize that nets out to be 15K shares or about 25K dollars...Not enough to concern me and should not concern others either. There was buying in there as well. These small transaction are made by people who need money for day to day stuff. This is not insiders dumping!!

For the record as well, just because the SP hit 3$, this does not mean we could of had a PP at that amount. BMK was over 0.80 when they did their PP at 0.40. These money guys do not really care what the SP is, they will look at the company, do their DD and if the company asks for $3 because the price just spiked up, they will short this thing and bring it down to a level their DD says is reasonable. These guys would never overpay!! So if you want a higher PP, wait for NOT to hit AT1 and then you can expect a higher PP.
