Managment is sending the wrong signal here..... Telling all who call in that dilution will be at much higher prices..... and they have a sure thing!

Bursting with so much confidence they need not load the treasury when FNC has has 3 runs to the $3.00 range... which could have provided minimal dilution... Seams almost all are convinced by the retoric from managment .... except for one thing.... managment has been selling... In particular Debra who spews shares so well that even PNP would be impressed.

This is just a taste of what is reveled on SEDI..... The short ... WHO? and the managment selling all indicate to me that a placement has been agreed to at a lower price.... otherwise why sell?

This little smatering here is just the tip of the selling iceburg... check for yourself.

I hinted before that managment may want a placement lower.... selling us shares only to replace them with cheaper PP shares and a full warrant.

I figure they want a PP in the $1.00 range, and for double the dilution I was proposing.
