Dr. Ben Law seem to fit the bill. Watch the presentation he delivered at AAPG 2010.
He is really impressed with the the Walton High region in the North. Anyway, Walton High, Arnold Arch, Daly Waters Arch, Helen Springs High, everyone of them are good candidates for conventional oil and gas.
