On the average there’s an AGM every 12 months or so. The last AGM was in September 2012. There was a 15 month stretch prior to that; the 2011 AGM was taking place in June of that year.

The Company may call an extraordinary general meeting, called by activist shareholders to address their concerns. And that’s exactly what happened on December 14 2010. The former CEO of Falcon Mark Bruner was removed from the helm and the slow but steady restructuring begin.

Anyway, to answer your question, the likely timing of the next AGM could be somewhere between September and at the end of the year.

As for your dilution concern, I think you realize that you can’t get something for nothing. There is a world of difference between raising capital just to survive or raising capital for important projects. And Falcon does have very exciting projects on three continents.

Presently, Falcon doesn’t require new infusion of capital.

Hopefully, the Algyő drilling program started this month with Falcon’s partner NIS will provide some cash for both Companies.
