Well, I know not much about South African laws, but I can spot a sore loser when I see one. LOL.

The anti-fracking lobby group, the Treasure Karoo Action Group, is calling for Mineral Resources Minister Susan Shabangu to release the report that informed cabinet to lift the moratorium on the exploration of shale gas in the Karoo.
The group held a media briefing in Cape Town, this morning. It says that the investigation into the dangers or suitability of fracking has been done in secret since the moratorium was implemented in February last year.
Government's lifting of the 14-month moratorium on exploring shale gas using the controversial fracking method paves the way for oil companies to start work on determining the extent of the country's shale-gas resources.
The moratorium was imposed last year, following concerns from environmentalists who said fracking would ruin the area.
Now Treasure Karoo Action Group says the report into the lifting of the moratorium must be released to understand how cabinet arrived at the decision.
“What concerned us were the ministries and the departments that were not there. We do not even know if there is indeed a task team report,” says Chairperson of the Treasure Karoo Action Group, Jonathan Deal.
He says that the document itself might not even exist and that if it indeed does then they want Shabangu to provide that document to the public of South Africa.
The Ministry of Mineral Resources has declined to comment, and will be holding a press conference on this matter tomorrow.
