Folks........these options in no way dilute the value. These are imbedded in the issued shares. They are in effect in escrow for incentive. It is this simple.......the options are issued to person x...........person x has the right as part of their employment to buy shares at $0.17 and simultaneoulsy sell them or hold them. Most individuals do this in a grouped/single transaction. So...to make money the stock price must be above $0.17. Today, these options have 0.....0......Zero value as the share price is below the options basis issue price of $0.17. Tomorrow.......if the stock price goes to $0.20 the value to the vested owner is only a profit of $0.03 less less the cost of the transaction which is typically based on the number of shares exersized. Folks.....the Falcon emps receiving these are not going to make big money unless the stock goes to where we all want to go.......multiple dollars.
I hope this helps those that clearly don't understand stock incentive programs see that this issuance of options in no way impacts current share price.
