Heres another example of a tight gas field valuation. This is from the Warro Gas Field FAQ:

What is the value of Warro Gas field?

Until the amount of recoverable gas is established through successful fracture
stimulation, it is difficult to say. If the technology fails or the fiscal regime is too harsh it could be zero.
