I guess thats why they may still not get it right in 2009. Truth be known your points are valid. The Hungarians and investors here want action by the best, but even exxon has to plug some loose holes, but then again they are working the entire planet. I sense that if global liquidity finally resumes the shortfalls in oil and commodities will be absolutely ridiculous, as it not like turning a light switch on again!
