Actually my best guess is it may well turn out that this is not too relevant. IMHO when we reach that stage we will likely have more than one party seeking our hand and the majority of shareholders will vote to take the cash.

...now wouldnt that make the decision easy...should we stay or should we go...hope it's for more than .44/share...gofo and g'day
