Or (also), perhaps, fairforall didn't vote because it wouldn't really have made a difference anyway with regards to the directors and resolutions that passed…perhaps they didn't want to tip their hand – and prefer to ambush with a NO vote when it really counts – on the business combination…That is – they didn't want to alert management that there would be stiff resistance – which probably would have further driven down the share price (potentially) through the issuance of more 'bad news'?
