This is the response I got from Joanna Longo on this very question:
"My apologies for the delay. We are not required by the venture to disclose the information you are looking for and have not. We anticipate the circular going out in the next 10 days and I would suggest you await that circular before making your decision."
Therefore, I completely agree paliman - while the TSX requires disclosure, the tsx-v does not. As such, CMM would ONLY DISCLOSE if HIGHLY FAVOURABLE to their agenda. The inference is then obvious - it is not.
Major talked about the options vote at the meeting I believe...so what. The real numbers I want to see are the votes for directors. However, also consider the following:
Perhaps the fairforall group did not vote - as per the following interesting comments on stockhouse:
