Although Mr Major indicated at the AGM that all voting results would be out on Sedar in a few days...as yet...nothing. Which makes me start to wonder whether, as postive carry discussed...the voting results were not favourable to management...hmmm

Directors re-elected of course; voting numbers out on sedar in a few days; we'll get all our answers in the circular apparently; Production discussed, what / why the delays, outlook discussed (North wall in July (as discussed in todays Q1 NR); Some debate and heated discussion went on about the numbers and the merger.

Attending was the BOD, Mr. Major, Ms. Joanna, Mr. McNutt, and some others whom I don't know but were not engaged.
