I can't believe 1/3 of the voting shares didn't vote. I'm starting to believe this is a done deal. We haven't heard from the committee (not even a whisper) in quite some time. I think they may have jumped ship or are abstaining or have been enticed to vote for this deal. I am very disappointed in how this is turning out.
