I will use it to to throw out another opinion if you don't mind. I personally wouldn't underestimate these guys at CMM. Whereas the delays are telling a story, and I agree that we have a very capable committee (who I am indebted for, and extremely proud of - thank you)...I have seen enough to think that there is no low that these greazballs won't stoop to in order to intimidate, bully, trick, coerce and manipulate enough shares to make this 'merge' happen.

Maybe they have broken enough laws here, that this deal (and them) are dead in the water. It sure seems like that's the case. However, they will probably not bend and break that easily. I hope I'm wrong.

And for that matter, I hope THEY do not underestimate the shareholders of CMM. There is a world of resolve building and way too much value in these assets for shareholders to simply hand over their shares to this corrupt board for literally nothing.

They've taken a few swipes, pretended to 'nice guys' twice, threatened the committee, extended these delays, hired an answering machine for IR etc. I'm sure there's a few more tricks rolled up in their sleeves before we get to the absolute end.
