"We act for Century Mining Corporation ("Century") and we write in response to your press release dated April 18, 2011 in which the Concerned Shareholders take issue with the joint press release dated March 14, 2011 issued by Century and White Tiger Gold Ltd. and, in particular, your acknowledgement that there has been "considerable feedback from various shareholders" and your encouragement of other shareholders to contact the Concerned Shareholders to discuss the proposed transaction."
Perhaps, if Century BoD or others actually responded to our questions (CC) or respond to any of my emails (3 - since Peter left), which I have asked numerous questions - our opinions may be different. They need not look any further than the deal itself, their own actions during this time (both negative or simply doing nothing), or the WTG sedar documents to see why I feel the way I do. If this circular will answer all such questions then I would expect it to have been released long ago! I guess it takes more time to find creative ways to bs rather than simply state the facts! For these reasons alone, I AM A CONCERNED SHAREHOLDER, and have every right to be!
Thank you "Century Legal Team" you have done a great job getting the blog name out there to those who may have not know before :)
"It has also come to our attention that the Concerned Shareholders have utilized a websitewww.stockigloo.com to solicit shareholder votes opposing the transaction. The website provides for "Anti-Merger Registration" and provides an "Anti-Merger Shareholders Table"."
I would like to say thank you to the Committee, and this only further strengthens and unites me. When someone pushes you, you only stand your ground with more strength - has anyone told that to these guys??
