I'm a big boy that makes up my own mind.

I have no problem reading the circular with an open mind. However with the information I know now, I have no problem leaving my votes on the SI list. If there is something there that tells me that this is best for the company or there are new positive facts, by all means, I will remove my shares from the list and vote yes.

Not sure what they are trying to accomplish with this letter to the committee. If they are so certain about the Circular convincing shareholders, than let it speak for itself and send it out.
