If i may add to what you have posted. Can there be a side deal in the making? Quite possible. Can they be going after one or two large blocks of voters ex. peggy? Yes. In the end you just need to trust your own judgement and make a decision based on what's best for you. Im not going to say and deny that anything is not possible because i'd be lying myself. Do our politicians walk straight lines? No i dont think so. Did what obama offer the american people when he became elected come to fruition? not even close. Do lawyers know how to go around certain by-laws without getting into trouble? i believe so. The list goes on and on of what if's. What i can tell you is that there are still good competent people that truly want to and will enforce the law. People who are in positions to seek out the wrongdoers and apply justice. Justice always prevails.

In the end if you were peggy and forced out of a committe run by Max finsky would you not feel a little ticked off per say. You represent your shares and family and friends shares. You need to save face. Whetever the case may be with peggy does not really matter. What matters is that if there were a side deal in the making with her and she was approached the torch has been given back to her. Meaning i would be thinking i called your bluff finsky and now you come pleading me with a deal on the side. It smells like you dont have majority votes and i can clearly kill both sides of the deals in the yes or no. Now peggy can except a nice package that could double her earnings or triple them and move on, or she can tell them to kiss it vote no and kill this deal. In the end Lamaque is Lamaque and some of the best gold in the world is sitting there waiting for the outcome. I no deal would IMO send the cmm sp back north were it belongs. With a new BOD and peggy on board she has wayyyyy more to gain then the former. She could quadruple and quintuple her earnings not to say putting finsky back to were he came from.
