At first glance the NR gives the impression that Finskiy & Co are listening. But, in fact, they are continuing their deceptive practices. They say in the NR that the "Special Committees" of the BoDs of both companies approved the original merger proposal, and that these comiittees are "being comprised entirely of independent directors". This is not TRUE (i.e. this is a LIE!!!). All directors on both BoDs are beholden to Maxim Finskiy. We should tell this to the TSX again & again (if necessary). This fact alone should be enough to scuttle merger proposal.
