" retailers are not digging this take over "... It would be nice if there was some truth to this. You can be sure the big money men's advisors ( Peggy's too ) know about the unfavourable tax consequences and it is for their benefit these changes are being considered.

However, retailers benefit too. I'm wondering if more changes might be looked at if the objecting group is growing large enough??? It must brighten the day a little bit for our committee.
