We are having trouble getting everyone available at the same time for our first conference call.....hopefully today.

Do you see getting everyone together at the same time being a problem going forward? If so, my suggestion is to reduce the core committee in size to those who can meet more freely. The rest of the members should remain as consultants to the core committee.
