We are having trouble getting everyone available at the same time for our first conference call.....hopefully today.

The first order of business is to agree upon the goals and procedures; find out who is willing to do what, agree upon a leader and then communicate back to everyone.

It is tempting to get ahead of ourselves but please everyone be patient.

This is something like waiting for drill results and forgetting that things take time..lol
