If your rating is below 3.7 and your the only hub leader then you stay.

If your appointed hub leader by Agoracom you can't be removed except by them.

It is only if you earn hub leader status on a board with multiple leaders do you get removed if your rating drops below 3.7.....the theory being you no longer earn the right to be a hub leader......blah blah blah.......don't worry about it!.......it's not a big deal as GNH has a great group of leaders and they don't need me.
