Agree fully, that the BoD acted irresponsibly and failed in fulfilling their fiduciary duties. New board members should be appointed to support rights of the minority s/h and be Cdn.

I add that Finsky's and Scola's share transactions between Feb 4 and 18th (the Lost 50 mil), are extremely suspect: using insider knowledge on the crusher failure and that the news of it was being withheld when they sold these shares. If to a third party (a serious no no occured and loss was incurred); or if shares transferred to a related party then they remain in Finsky/Scola control and can't be voted. They can't have it both ways, either a 3rd party bought the shares and should be irrate/vocal about the insider scam. If he's not irrate then how can he be 3rd party, he must then be related. These guys are cowboys, shooting from the hip. Imo, they are arrogant, know little about Cdn security law and have made many mistakes in handling this project to date.
