Message: Ok so please tell me why I shouldn't SELL

You sound too emotional to me, but you already know this I'd suspect. The last post by Hoov sent a message that we shouldn't get too far ahead of ourselves until we learn a few more facts. He has the connections and knowledge to find out more of what is going on behind the scenes. I'm willing to wait until these people have a meeting with whomever they can and see what is really going on.

I am right along side of you rowing the same boat and watching my losses grow. Just a few short weeks ago I was handsomely ahead of the game. Then the boat sprung a leak. I don't think we are alone so some of our comrades can bail the water leaking in. According to Bratty, he is bailing by buying shares here. I don't know if the bargains are going to get better for the bottom fishers or not. Probably there is more downside here.

I agree with some that WTG isn't the " white elephant " that many see. It is over-priced by my figuring, but it does have assets. I have been thinking that we may be pleasantly surprised by how this all turns out. If the vote " no " group succeed then CMM will continue on its merry way. We may be short of cash to do all the work first planned, but with production levels rising, CMM should slowly move ahead. The shortfall in cash will get covered, and we will then belly-ache about the dilution, but we are not going away. If the " no " group fails, then we merge and WTG has the added asset of CMM. A while back Glorieux wrote a post where he seemed to favour the merger, or at least he cautioned us to wait and see how this works out. I took away that he wanted to find out more before jumping ship. At first I wondered about where he was coming from but I thought he had a good idea. Then Hoov cautioned to find out what is really going on. If there is anybody who can get more information, these guys can.

What I am hunkering down to do is wait. It really isn't my first choice because the wait is under water right now. I'd much rather wait up where I had profits. It isn't going to happen. I'm almost about upset about all this as you sound, but these assets are there so I can't see us going broke. More waiting time is what I see and then once the dust setles, I'm sure we might have worried about something needlessly. We are fortunate to have some good leadership. I'm neutral on the BOD.

Lastly, I'd like to know what role P. K. is playing with all this. Even though she was ousted by these guys, she was amply rewarded and she knows better than anyone which side of the bread is buttered. I'd think she knows and may even be on the side favouring the merger. She has too many shares ( provided she has not sold ) for them to ignore her. This is a well planned move so we have work ahead of us.
