Well I almost sold today 50,000 shares at 51c. But then I couldn't pull the trigger.
See back on March 8,9,10 I got to watch my shares fall from 79 cents to 45c and close off the week at 58c. I suppose I could have sold anytime there but I held through the weekend. It was a long weekend with the halt and no news.
Then Monday comes and there is a offer on the table and shareprice is up 40%. I suppose I could have sold then but when I first read the NR, I thought it was a good deal and Century Mining would be over into the $1 range.
When that didn't happen I figure there's an explanation and so I hold through the conference call. After that, the share price just keep on falling down, down, down but I keep holding.
I think a lot of people are in the same boat as you (someone was buying last Monday at 0.83!)
Best to wait to see this all play out. There might be a better offer, or a hostile bid from another company. There could even be a bidding war! The stock closed today at 50c. Tomorrow it could open at 83 cents again! You never know in these merger situations. We might be pleasantly surprised yet!
