What is really irksome is that these guys (e.g. Finskiy & Co) want to take us over with our own money (i. raised on the TSX), yet they don't want to play by our rules. For example, WTG does not seem to have a single Canadian director, contrary to TSX listing requirements. One wonders why they actually were approved for listing, especially, when WTG is controlled by a single shareholder to the extent of over 90%?! And CMM has only one Canadian director, whereas it should have two. Folks, let's dial those phones and keep sending those e-mails.
