Things are starting to move nicely.  EFL has made the lab a seperate division.  The lab rents space in a close by labratory at $25000 a month.  The Lab ownership changes hands to an investment firm owned by Sankar & Raj. 

Next we may see the investment firm buy out the Lab? ? ?  Why, because the money is in the new solid state cell not yet announced!!!

Where does that leave EFL?  My answer is "FREE to merge with LAC"...  The resulting company would manufacture the cells and battery packs.  The Lab owning the patents would lisence the new company.

Very interesting to watch, but another 6 months yet until culmination.  JMHO - speculation
