I like to do a little bit of speculation. I look back at Electrovaya's PR and find one dated Dec 1, 2021, Pg11 of old PRs on the web page where Electrovaya hired a "Special Consultant". So what did Electrovaya get from this consultant? I believe he wrote a business plan for Electrovaya. Shortly after his time with Electrov, aya the company joined up with "NY Best". In March 2022 Electrovaya PR Pg 10 "Business Update" Electrovaya agrees to buy the Jamestown Building. I think this special advisor was involved in both of these activities. When you look back at some old Electrovaya presentations you will notice they were trying to move into energy storage. Then the energy storage disappeared from the presentation. Why? I think because someone else was going to do the energy storage and Electrovaya is going to supply the batteries modules. But there is a problem......big problem! The NMC Infinity cell is too expensive to compete. The solution is to manufacture a less expensive battery cell. Enter the recently announced LFP cell. This cell is currently out to the UL Lab for testing and certification. I believe that when this certification is complete and announced that shortly after Electrovaya will announce an order from an undisclosed Grid scale energy storage OEM. So who is this OEM? Then I see a company announce they will supply a 15MW/60MWH grid scale ESS system by the end of 2025.
I am content to sit and wait for it all to come together. Electrovaya is already making a profit with the materials handling batteries. Energy storage is anothe whole line of customers. If Elevate Renuables is the new customer then look at their project list! !
