seems the market knew a year ago ELVA was not getting any money any time soon from the slush fund and the stock tanked and has still not recovered.

I think the directors of EFL have been led to a dead end with this funding assistance, like they were in Germany and the project in the UK and everything else they got involved with that went no where....

I don't think Raj is in charge yet, the board of directors is and  Sankar and his brother who i suspect could be part of the problem..... but idk...
