I noticed two things that stuck out and caught my attention.

1.  Work authorization required.  

           I am thinking this would be for a non-resident.  They may be planning to hire someone from the Electrovaya home plant.  Just a thought.....

2.  Reliably commute or relocate - required to get hired.

        I take this to mean relocate first then get hired.   

        Is Electrovaya trying to get out of paying relocation expenses?

I know it is very hard for Electrovaya to try to make a profit and hire people when the plant won't have any income for 6 months or so.
