To answer that "Partners" question, Yes.  If you look at the latest presentation they lay out the path forward.  AFTER they finish the patent process for their new cell and manufacturing process.  The presentation says they will start to look at (talk to ) potential partners.  That is slated to happen the last quarter of 2022.

What they need in the mean time is more production of the EV44 cell and battery modules.  When is Electrovaya going to announce they bought a building or are laesing a building for their pilot plant?  They must build a pilot production line for each cell type in order to attract a partner on their terms.
