Take a look at the latest Presentation.  Electrovaya shows data from cell testing.  They also show third party test data.  Then identify Toyota as the third party lab that did the testing.  How much you want to bet Toyota has a couple of the new solid state prototype cells in hand and are testing the crap out of them!

Due to the Raymond association with Electrovaya, Toyota has an inside track straight to Sankar.  In fact, this supply chain thing may have brought Raymond to Electrovaya? 

In any case I believe LAC will provide the lithium, Electrovaya the battery technology anf Toyota the money, engineering and operation of 3 battery Plants in the US.  They will form a company with each participating.  Those negotiations are now going on.  Jon Evans said in the latest interview that  partners have been chosen and they were into negotiations, engineering, ect.

He also said it would happen in September after the legal innues were resolved.
