If memory serves me correct I believe He also speculated Q2 or Q3 revs would be in the $7-9mil range. Wasn't even close. IMO He hasn't been right about much to date. Questionable track record and Mostly wild speculation 

Can that change, for sure. He appears to have taken a very bullish position. But his sources are going to have to come through one of these times  up to now they are O-fer.  Zero

Unfortunately the stock chart isn't very encouraging either right now and nor is the news of new deals. Q4 could still be painful before news gets better

We shouldn't be in this position questioning the sales trend. Revs should be stepping up Q to Q especially with Raymond but again it appears 2 steps backward
