where exactly are you hearing these rumours? Seems to me the silence is deafening. 

There's a lot of hope around these Green Deals but there's also a lot of competition  

I watch trading volumes and buyer/sellers daily. if EFL was on the verge some house(s) would be showing accumulation or above average volumes. Not really noticing much to get excited about
