I really don't think it will be anywhere near three years. I know it says that in the MD&A but in the December conference call Sankar stated "if" they receive the funding from Saxony the non-NMP process would be completed by Q3 or Q4 of 2016. I believe they have been working on the engineering of the new cell for about two years already. Elmira Memarzedeh was working on it here. https://ca.linkedin.com/in/elmira-memarzadeh-e-i-t-68a02357 I think they have been working on it in Germany as well. https://www.linkedin.com/in/alba-tu%C3%B1as-cantorna-37418110b?trk=pub-pbmap and https://www.linkedin.com/in/tim-niemeier-a8366a35?trk=pub-pbmap As far as the Mississauga plant they have been upgrading it all along and what I am saying is if they just added the Separion to the cells they are currently making here and it dramatically increases the cycle life they would have a great product with higher energy density than the Litacell. Much of the R&D budget was used to develop and produce the new products.
