I agree Ziggy. The property is the same as it was last year. Let's keep a positive outlook. Afterall, the SP IS moving...it's a nice change of pace from the last couple of months. Hopefully, with all the news about increased commodity prices, better outlook on the stock markets and a renewed sense that bottom might have been hit, maybe we can get this baby back up to where it belongs!
