The real question is why people want to sell at 10 cents. It really has nothing to do with the deposit, as there is plenty of copper.
Perhaps it has to do with the poor management job of drilling Pasacancha? Again, 5 times to get one result that wasn't even decent.
Perhaps new management is only one month away? June 30th?
