And I am sure no one is mentally challenged enough to sell at 10 cents. But the Centurion deal brought only $25,000 to the coffers. I am not sure even CEO can spin this as a good deal for shareholders. I also don't know how anyone can believe that Centurion will raise $250,000 in drilling monies by the end of 2009. when their total market value as current is around $160,000.
Instead of management snowing the investors, why not just say that Centurion gave us $25,000 to hold on to Santa Rosa for 1 year?
