This new JV deal is not so bad?

I am going out on a limb here but I don't think this new deal isn't so bad,

1. DRV has had plenty of time to check out the land which is now turned over to Centurion. My guess is that it's not good enough to waist more money on and time, so why not get a little survival cash out of the deal plus stock. DRV knows that Centurion will abandon the project sooner rather than later. Plus DRV will end up keeping the exploration data.

2. The $25k upfront monies can be used for more exploration on Pasa/Aguila? Assuming they use it for exploration expenses and not pay themselves. Can't do much of exploration with $25k, but it sure as hell can pay for alot of surface samples....

3. The granting of the stock can be sold a little later for extra cash for DRV.

DRV is basically buying time, they get the property back plus the data at no extra cost to DRV, so it's a win win situation IMO. NO Worries as long as they keep focus on Aguila and Pasa. IF Santa Rosa was worth pursuing, DRV wouldn't have signed it over to Centurion. Like I said, DRV has had plenty of time to know what targets are of interest in the area.

Just my opinion
