Well, seems having a 10Q filed on Monday (last day) is a big deal. Although I am a bit suspicious about companies that wait until the last minute, at least DEGH filed on time.

Was checking out some of the other penny forums, and seeing that numerous companies have not yet filed. One in particular, MSLP (the guys that got Vick as a sponsor), has yet to file. And posts over there are talking possible big-time dilution. Something that I was concerned about with DEGH, but was not the case according to the DEGH 10Q.

DEGH trend has been flat and seems to be in consolidation mode since the pump, and sell-off by the ConBears (just my theory). Somewhat stabilized now considering the never-ending bad economic news world wide. Should see DEGH sp roll down to test support over the next week or so, unless extrodinary news comes out. Looks like around 0.28'ish should be support at this time. Resistance seems to be 0.40'ish at this time.

Looked over the 10Q more closely and cannot tell about the funding and the convertibles and if they were converted. It seems the funding happened after June 30, so will not be included/disclosed until next Q report. If anyone can tell anything else going on in the current 10Q, please feel free to post.

Should actually be a decent long-term play. Product seems legit. Board appointments seem legit. Only hiccup was the Vick fiasco (well there's the funding and convertibles bombing sp), which has been brushed under the table. Company doing things low key and slow seems to be working.

PS... If you find anything about DEGFH/Fuse or the Board members that is not so good, please post them. This is not a pump board in any way, but should be considered an information board so posters (and lurkers) can benefit from the combined DD of all who post.
