Not so sure on the preferreds, and the convertables and the debt picture (which disappears with converts being converted), but have not taken the time to really dissect the 10Q.

"Going Concern," but company is still in start up phase, so is more an indication of risk. Will likely continue to see, "going concern," for several more quarters, until there is a steady income.

Will now depend on the company and board strength as perceived by the Market.

A PR, with another sports figure, couldn't hurt either.
