My apologies for not getting back to you on your questions, I see that Chauncey Gardiner has provided you with those answers which I'm grateful for.

Not to add any confusion to this matter but when KWG's Monthly Report came out on the Canadian National Exchange (CNSX) which is one of the requirements for companies that list on this exchange. This report was Posted on Kwg's Hub and I copied information that pertained to Debut Diamonds and I posted it here.

When Debut Diamonds starts its listing on the CNSX next week they also will have to provide Monthly Reports on a regular basis and that report will be provided usually in the first week of each month. Not sure of the rules on CNSX for the start of this report re grace period.
