In regard to the waiting period to obtain our shares, I asked the company that question. The shares start trading on Dec. 13. The date of record is Dec. 15. We are to recieve the shares Dec. 28. I was told that the intent of this period is to establish a market / market price for the shares. There are currently enough shares out there available to commence trading on the 13th.

The news release said that the distribution of shares was expected to be completed by Dec. 30. I was told it would depend on what type of shares you own.
