Great thoughts and analysis Older Fan but I'm a believer in defense (for obvious reasons) and don't believe the game has changed as much as you think it has - but I do agree it favors offense much more today.

As a former Cowboy, my heart is with the team all the way. As a Team Leader here though, I can't play the role of cheerleader and have to call it as I see it. This offense can hide a lot of holes on the D but there are just too many holes to make it to, let alone win a Super Bowl.

My bottom line - It's going to be one of those years where many games are coming down to the wire and our offense is driving to win the game OR the D is hanging on for dear life.

Plenty of excitement but lots of heartache!
