Your crrect.  My concern is that the people at windmillpower.com may still have patent claims since dksc is incorporated in the US.  That is exactly what I was told by them.   I also understand about the benefits of incorporating in Nevada as the company I work for is incorporated there for the same benefits described earlier and only have a shared office that handles messages, etc.  Whether dksc markets in India, China or anywhere else, the fact they are a US based corporation is where the problem may lie.  I sold my shares and may check dksc out later if they are still around.  I believe in the concept and the product, but seems like someone else plans on trying to stake claim and may have legal right to do so.  Too scary for me this early in the game.
