Starjet sounds like a PUMPER! All you have to do is go the www.windmillpower.com website and clearly see it is the eact same windmill. Then, call the phone number listed on that site and speak to the owner. He worked with Stutz and another PhD named Eggleston. Subsequently Sutz had some kind of falling out with these gentleman and LOST his rights to the patent. This is FACT! Additionally, you can go the the US Government Patent Office website and look it up for yourself and clearly see that Eggleston (PhD) is instrumental in the development of this windmill. He and Sutz worked on it and it is the one that is being touted as the one being maketed now by DKSC with the offset balance, etc. Believe what you want. All I know is I have researched this in detail, and talk is cheap and just watch when and see if the hype in the press about MOU's actually turns into any kind of money changes hands with DKSC and the Indian company JCT or anyone else for that matter.
