CDFT- What's your take on retireing of 70% of the common by the CEO by end of Q2? I'm wondering, if I was CEO and I was going to cash out a bunch of shares I think I would want them to be more than 2 cents when I did it. Seems for sure selling shares would tend to depress the SP- So is retiring different than selling? so what is your take on that? Chart looks good (5 day) slight sell off today but no break of trend yet, imo. 5 year high of .20 cents so it looks short term toppy already @ .02? TIA. HB
