Not good. Usually makes for a 10-20% dump, 10% happening as of now.

Maybe Titcomb wanted to keep his job, and not sell out. Interesting how those now in charge are the, "Special Committee," that will determine what is "best" for shareholders.

Regardless, sp will suffer into the weekend and possibly even more Monday.

Might be an entry opportunity.
