some really strange moves in stocks today???

it seems money is flowing into the market right now but lots and lots of games going on....

today i've seen some big moves (7-10%) on low volume...an attack on a stable 50cent stock which dropped it .10 for an hour/so, then back up....my fnm has been up 7% today alone on no news...
