I sent an e-mail to the writer of this piece that was in the Vancouver SUN. I tried to set her straight on Rusor and what the principles in the company are up to. it was sasa's post, the 25th, 5:53 ,

I would like to point out that the principles involved with Russor mining, have been bombarding the press with information and quotes that have already been published weeks or even months ago. They are submitting them as 'new' articles and 'news'. All of this is very slanted, and meant as a campaign to put a certain immage into readers minds. It is so distressing to see reporters publishing these reports with out doing their own Due Dilligence.

Russoro is a very small company, with virtually NO cash, and one half million shares outstanding. They only had 3% tendered of GRZ outstanding shares when their hostile takeover bid was meant to close. They have extended the time, but they haven't any chance of actually succeeding in their bid. The priciples involved with Russoro are making themselves out to be the best thing sinced sliced bread, when it comes to mining in VZ, they are a small player making themselves out to being much more than they are. You should be looking into this issue in more depth, rather than printing their propaganda and 'old' news

One PR from Venezuala, put out by the MINBAM ( ministry of enviroment and natural resources) puts it very clear that they are still undecided about the development of Las Christinas, and ARE open to having a venture with private companies..

Another thing you must understand, is that VZ already owns the gold at Las Christinas, and Christalex signed a binding contract with the Government of Venezuela to develope the deposits. As well, from the following PR, you will note that the Minister said that Russoro is NOT involved with Las Christina. or Las Brisisas.

Sincerely

Keith Light
